It's simple really. By working on a volume based sales model, we get to work with more clients. More clients means more referrals and more continued business. A secret no one will tell you— selling your home is marketing for your agent. The difference between us and them? We are paying you for that marketing by you keeping your equity!

Q: Since this is a discount price, it must be a discount service, right?
A: No, it's full service. I am doing for you everything I have done for my clients in the past for a fraction of the cost.

Q:What if my house is worth more than $800k?
A: Properties between $800k-1.5M we will sell for a flat fee of $9999.00. For Properties above 1.5M we sell for 1%

Q: Are there any extra or hidden fees?
A: There are a couple of scenarios that there could be an extra charge 1. If a seller has a unique property and wants extra photography done (drone footage, 3D walkthrough, etc). The cost would be paid up front and at NO upcharge. 2. If the seller wishes to have the house staged (digitally or physically). Neither are ever required.

Q: What about the buyer’s side Commission? Is that discounted as well?
A: No. In fact I’m going to suggest you pay the buyer’s agent a commission between 2.5-3% so that you remain competitive in your market.
